To assure total quality of coatings and surfaces, Qualicoat uses advanced process control techniques, including Statistical Process Control. In these processes we incorporate the use of Fischerscope and Eddymag thickness measuring equipment, 60 degree gloss meters, spark testing equipment, ohmeters and real-time computerized data tracking.
